Runge ICT deploys switching strategy and infrastructure for large CSG company.

Runge ICT Group is pleased to announce the completion of a new switching strategy and infrastructure for one of Australia’s largest CSG providers.

The new switching strategy and subsequent infrastructure implementation replaces existing aged switch infrastructure with core, distribution and stacked edge layer switches. The new infrastructure upgrades all edge switches to full 1gb to the desktop and redundant load balanced paths back to the distribution. It also enables PoE for IP telephony and future service deployments.

With the strategy it provides a template for other additional planned sites as the company grows and adapts to the market.
