Vault Plus and Vault Elite DR services launched.

Runge ICT Group is pleased to announce the extension of our Vault backup service by now including Vault Plus and Vault Elite DR replication services.

Vault has been successfully backing up client systems to secure cloud on Runge infrastructure for the past 3 years. With the two new services Vault Plus and Vault Elite DR we are extending our offering.

Vault Plus allows for an additional localised backup of client systems onto SAN/NAS storage.  This additional feature provides additional safe guards in the event of external network failure.  It also provides quicker restoration times in the event of file or data loss.  Clients are still protected in a disaster situation as the Vault Plus service continues to backup systems to secure cloud.

Vault Elite DR is our exciting new backup and replication service for virtualised systems.  With Vault Elite DR complete virtual machines are replicated to our secure cloud infrastructure running on CISCO and EMC hardware.  Replication can occur in real-time or scheduled between every 5 minutes to 72 hours depending on bandwidth limitations and business continuity strategy.

With this new managed DR service, companies can now introduce cost effective disaster recovery plans where previously introducing such strategies were outside of organisational budgets.
